My story begins at the design table, not the boardroom. I spent years as a graphic designer, understanding creative craft from the inside out. That foundation shapes everything I do as a leader today: I don't just manage creative production, I understand it at a molecular level.
Over two decades, I've progressed from hands-on design through service delivery, account leadership, and imaging operations, building and scaling production teams from the ground up. At We Are Amnet, as Deputy General Manager, I lead a 75+ member global creative production team delivering across print, digital, HTML5, imaging, and presentations for Fortune 500 brands.
What sets my approach apart is the intersection of creative instinct and technological foresight. I'm now deeply focused on integrating AI and automation into creative production workflows, not to replace human creativity, but to amplify it. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I ground decisions in data while trusting the creative instinct that comes from two decades of hands-on production experience.
